Challenge yourself to find something to be grateful for in everything.
Write your heartfelt responses of gratitude about the topics presented on the respective dates of the calendar. Each item is supported by questions to prompt reflection on the particular topic.
You decide how long your message will be; it can range from one sentence to ten pages. There may be some subjects that you find difficult to express appreciation for but I encourage you to think positively and creatively when you write your entry.
After completing each message, you may keep them for yourself or post them to social media as the world can do with more positive messaging right now.
The challenge is separated into five buckets of gratitude. You can select one from a different bucket each day or complete a bucket and move on. You can also complete this challenge in one day although I recommend noting your gratitude across at least 21 days so it can become a habit!
