Sometimes traveling within the Caribbean seems impossible – take it from a person who loves this region! Booking websites like Google Flights, SkyScanner and Expedia often don’t include smaller regional airlines that connect these countries and islands.
I’ve put this together so you can piece together your ideal Caribbean vacation whether you’re hopping from Dominica to Puerto Rico or planning an ABC Dutch island trio trip. Not in the mood to plan it all yourself? I got you, email me and I’ll design your custom island-hopping itinerary for you.
This guide focuses on Caribbean inter-island flights and doesn’t look at airline reputation or customer reviews. It also doesn’t include private air charter services that many of the airlines offer.
I’ve listed the airlines in an alphabetical list of Caribbean-based airlines, where they’re based, the destinations they fly to, and links to their official websites. This list was updated July 2025, you should always check with the website to verify the routes they service.
