Island Ting Travel Services look forward to hosting you in lovely St. Lucia!

For 6 days (Wednesday March 18 to Monday March 23) we will explore the simply beautiful island of St. Lucia. It’s the only the country in the world named after a woman … and wow, is she beautiful.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival

Arriving into Soufriere

After you land, you’ll head to the southern town of Soufriere. After checking into our hotel with the perfect backdrop of the Pitons, we head closer to the majestic Pitons for a swim at a minerals bath waterfall to get us refreshed for our days ahead. We then will chill at a beach at the base of the Pitons for the sunset that will descend straight ahead of us. We’ll go back to our hotel for our welcome dinner, a great start to the next few days.

Day 2

Hikes & exploring Soufriere

It’s our only full day in Soufriere and it’s a packed one. We have an early start today to tackle a nature trail that gives us unbeatable views of the Pitons. We then make our way to the famed Sulphur Springs (hii Chloe Bailey was there). Our next stop is a nice trek through a jungle to a private waterfall & mineral bath spa. It’s a nature spa, not a hotel spa but as you massage yourself you’ll realise it’s perfect reset. We’ll take the easy way out and head to lunch. Following lunch, we’ll learn about the history of the nature park and its artefacts. You can choose wind down with an adrenaline-rush zip-lining over the lush Lucian rainforest. We’ll return to our hotel where you can refresh in your rooms or the pool before preparing to head out to the town for a sundowner (on us!) for your second Lucian sunset.

Day 3

From Soufriere to Castries

Our 3rd day (and final day) in Soufriere, you’ll be driven around the town itself to understand its history and stop at the landmarks and lookouts. Those who’ve chosen to have lunch at Jade Mountain Resort will be escorted in style for an early lunch. After the lunch and hotel check-out, we make our way north, beyond the island’s capital, to our second hotel approximately 1.5 hours away. The afternoon is relaxation time – I’d recommend you rest for the night ahead or you can explore Rodney Bay area for souvenir-shopping. You can choose to get dinner at the hotel or on the Rodney Bay strip or at the Friday night activity. Later that night, our transport will come take us to the Gros Islet Street party where they sell amazing food (Gros islet is a fishing village) and most importantly where locals & visitors come together and dance the night away.

Day 4

Rodney Bay

There’s daily breakfast provided and this day is no different … except that after the night you’ve had, you should try to wake up & get breakfast before it’s finished at 10am! You can choose to spend your morning however you like whether you’re at the Splash Park on Rodney Bay (tons of fun to bring out your inner child – 1 hour included) or relax at the beach or hotel pool. After lunch, we’ll leave the hotel for a tour of Castries and all its intricacies then head to Marigot Bay for the sunset.

Day 5

The full island experience

The North calls – we’d explore Gros Islet (in the day) and Pigeon Island in the morning before heading to the East coast of the island. This coast features the rugged beauty of St. Lucia as the communities along the East Coast face the Atlantic Ocean. We’ll enjoy lunch at a local spot in village of one of my best friends. (Yes, I have a Lucian bestie!) We’ll also visit a waterfall – one that is not volcano-related lol. Depending on the time, there will be one more surprise in store!
