This brand was designed to string together two words dear to my heart.

“Island” is derived from the fact that I live on an exhilarating pair of islands in the Southern Caribbean that should be on every person’s bucket list – Trinidad & Tobago (T&T). You can check out my lovely country here and learn more about its gems in my blog posts!

As for the “ting” part… in T&T, we say “all kinda ting” which refers to a variety of things and anything really. It speaks to the wide range of information you’re able to get from me about my country, all Caribbean countries and anywhere beyond that you want to explore!

I’m a young woman who loves to travel with a weakness for a great beach, a good read and a well-crafted cocktail. I coupled my passion for travel with my expertise in communications & event coordination to share my experiences. I also offer opportunities for locals and visitors to partake in these amazing activities through invitations to join select experiences, designing curated itineraries for travelers and hosting specialised tours!

There is soooo much to enjoy about life. As Eleanor Roosevelt said

“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
